Reach Ahead Credit Program

High School Students

 

The Reach Ahead Program is available to Grade 8 students transitioning to Grade 9 within the Superior-Greenstone District School Board.  Helping students get a jumpstart on their future with an exciting program focused on financial literacy and life skills to help them transition smoothly into high school and beyond.     

Successful completion of this course will count towards the compulsory credit requirement for the Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD). 

The program includes 4 hours per week (2 synchronous, 2 asynchronous) of after-school evening sessions and one full virtual week (July 7-11, 2025).  

Program Dates: 

Start Date:  March 31, 2025

End Date:  July 11, 2025

Registration opens on February 25, 2025.  The Reach Ahead Program has limited number of seats and may fill up before registration closes.
